Consegna corretta e puntuale (ho usato il vecchio buon metodo della telefonata), impasto morbidissimo, nessun segno di bruciatura o altri difetti. A really great pizza! Ho chiesto tre arancini e tre crocchette, mi è stato risposto che i crocchè erano finiti ne era rimasto solo uno, mi sono accontentato di un crocchè ed un arancino, arrivati a casa erano immangiabili gli arancini chissà da quanto tempo erano in vetrina, il personale si vuole rendere simpatico! proponeva al posto delle pizze di prendere roba gia pronta!! la pizzeria è sempre vuota ora capisco il perchè!! mai più non la consiglio! Dopo la consegna notiamo che dei fritti ordinati non vi era traccia né degli arancini né della frittatina ma di numero 10 crocché. Contattiamo telefonicamente la pizzeria per far presente il disguido e, con sorpresa, veniamo a conoscenza che non vi era stato alcun errore ma arbitrariamente un certo pasquale di sua iniziativa aveva deciso che non vi era alcuna differenza tra le pietanze pertanto, non avendo a disposizione quelle ordinate, ha inviato direttamente i crocché. Oltre alla scorrettezza del non aver segnalato la cosa lo stesso non solo non ha reputato opportuno scusarsi ma si è anche rivolto in modo decisamente sgarbato ed arrogante nei nostri confronti. Irritati dal atteggiamento del personaggio chiediamo che ci venga consegnato il cibo richiesto restituendo quello non ordinato, lui di tutta risposta ironicamente ci risponde che al massimo ci sarebbe venuto a portare i 4 euro di differenza (cifra calcolata erroneamente tra l altro). Chi risponde al telefono per prendere l’ordinazione è sempre molto cortese, i tempi di consegna sono quasi sempre rispettati e la pizza è davvero ottima!
