Ordine con consegna a domicilio effettuato 2 ore prima dell'orario di consegna, nel momento esatto in cui doveva avvenire la consegna sono stato avvertito che un ingrediente, tutt'altro che secondario, di una delle pizze non c'era ed ho dovuto scegliere un'altra pizza. Il pagamento doveva avvenire con bancomat ma il fattorino non era mai stato istruito al suo utilizzo sostenendo che fosse per lui la prima volta. Infatti è dovuto tornare nuovamente perché il primo tentativo, che pensavamo fosse andato a buon fine, era invece fallito. Il secondo tentativo è stato portato a termine ma con una risposta negativa da parte della mia banca. A quel punto ho pagato con i contanti perché altrimenti la pizza l'avrei mangiata completamente fredda. Oltre a questo, che poteva essere evitato facendo fare un minimo di esperienza ai fattorini nell'utilizzo del pos, nello scontrino leggo una voce del costo di 1 euro che non corrispondeva a nessuna pietanza ordinata. Mi viene il dubbio che possa corrispondere alla commissione per l'utilizzo del pos, cosa che poi non è avvenuta, ma comunque incredibile visto che nessuno fa più pagare queste commissioni, tantomeno su un ordine di 27,90.
