I personally will have 'economic damage not a little and for this I thank this company at my notice very serious

Credo che un'informazione così basilare possa essere fornita in tempo reale anche dalla centralinista che mi ha risposto ed invece sono stato invitato ad inviare una mail ad info....., morale della favola sono passati 6 giorni ed ancora non ho avuto risposta. Prodotto fantastico con tantissime funzioni, estremamente versatile e con un ottimo display bianco, range alimentazione iperesteso, accetta praticamente la quasi totalità di RTD e termocoppie. Tramite modbus è possibile modificare tutti i parametri inclusi quelli di configurazione del prodotto. Viene venduto insieme ad un manuale di piccolo formato ma veramente molto ben fatto e che denota una cura ed attenzione al cliente ultimamente non molto comuni. Ho contattato l'azienda prima dell'acquisto per alcuni chiarimenti ed ho trovato tanta cortesia e competenza. Purchased ATR144 ABC temperature controllers. Fantastic product with many functions, extremely versatile and with an excellent white display, hyperextended power range, it accepts practically all RTDs and thermocouples. Through modbus it is possible to modify all the parameters including the product configuration ones. It is sold together with a small format manual but really very well done and which denotes a care and attention to the customer that has not been very common lately. I contacted the company before purchasing for some clarifications and I found a lot of courtesy and competence.
