Hai un guasto, la pompa è difettosa? Nessun problema, non chiamare in PIUSI perchè le telefonate sono sgradite, invia a tue spese il prodotto a Suzzara ed incrocia le dita.

You have a fault, is the pump faulty? No problem, do not call PIUSI because the phone calls are unwelcome, send the product to Suzzara at your expense and cross your fingers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ non ho parole, ho chiesto assistenza per una certificazione di una loro pompa che ha intorno i 13 anni ieri mattina, e nello stesso pomeriggio mi hanno contattato "telefonicamente" per alcuni chiarimenti e dopo nemmeno un'ora, avevo il documento richiesto nella posta elettronica…… Il tutto a costo zero, con un semplice "GRAZIE"!!!
Non siamo più abituati al servizio e il contatto umano, questi sono proprio dei professionisti. Tanti COMPLIMENTI, fossero tutti come la PIUSI S.p.a. ,sarebbe tutto più facile, scorrevole e di grande soddisfazione. GRAZIE MILLE!!!!
I have no words, I asked for assistance for a certification of their pump that around the age of 13 yesterday morning, and that same afternoon I was contacted "by telephone" for some clarifications and after less than an hour, I had the required document in the mail ...... all this at no cost, with a simple "THANK YOU" !!!
We are no longer accustomed to the service and the human touch, these are just the professionals. Many CONGRATULATIONS, they were all like the PIUSI S.p.A. , Everything would be easier, smooth and very satisfying. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
