M	Massimo Rossetto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessima esperienza acquistato un paio di scarpe da tennis Skechers per mía figlia con le luci esco dal negozio le metto a mia figlia e vedo che l'interruttore luce non funziona quindi difettose rientro quasi subito perché prima abbiamo fatto vari tentativi almeno per essere sicuri non funzionassero ,alle casse dopo aver anche loro constatato il difetto mi dicono purtroppo non ci sono altri paia dello stesso numero e modello chiediamo i soldi indietro visto che sono DIFETTOSE visto che non è un ripensamento o un errore nostro di acquisto ma insistono che dobbiamo accettare un buono di 44 euro da spendere ovviamente solo in Pittarello e pure da spendere entro 14 giorni altrimenti perdiamo i soldi. Nel trovarci in questa situazione chiediamo almeno se ci può aiutare a cercare un altro paio di scarpe uguali con lo stesso numero anche in un qualsiasi negozio Pittarello in Padova ,molti negozi lo fanno ma a Piazza Grande no dicono non possono farlo quindi ci dobbiamo anche sobbarcare noi l'onere di cercare in tutti i negozi perdere tempo benzina telefonate ,quindi sconsiglio vivamente questo negozio veramente ci siamo sentiti trattati male. bad experience I bought a pair of Skechers tennis shoes for my daughter with the lights I go out of the shop I put them to my daughter and I see that the light switch does not work so faulty return almost immediately because before we made several attempts at least to make sure they didn't work , unfortunately, after checking the defect, they tell me there are no other pairs of the same number and model, we ask for the money back as they are DEFECTIVE since it is not an afterthought or an error in our purchase but insist that we must accept a voucher of 44 euros to spend obviously only in Pittarello and also to spend within 14 days otherwise we lose the money. k	karin mendoza karin mendoza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signora Gaia in merito alla risposta di mio marito Rossetto Massimo avete risposto con quasi un anno di ritardo in questo sito, comunque ci eravamo subito attivati per contattarvi ovviamente visto che ci sono solo 15 giorni di tempo se non ricordo male per trovare una soluzione al vostro problema altrimenti poi rischiamo anche di non poter più avere il diritto di avere le nostre scarpe GIÀ PAGATE per questa vostra politica dei 15 giorni o 21 non ricordo bene comunque non importa uno scandalo queste vostre regole che vi tenete i soldi pure le scarpe immagino se uno dovesse andare in ferie o altro. Comunque contattato il vostro servizio assistenza con persone gentili che si sono subito attivate ci avrebbero detto che il prima possibile avrebbero trovato un paio uguale e fatto arrivare a piazza grande ,morale della favola passano giorni e giorni niente un giorno andiamo noi in negozio e le troviamo da soli fai da te. Ricordo che noi il primo giorno all'acquisto avevamo subito chiesto alla cassiera di riavere i soldi con uno storno visto che non c'erano più scarpe dello stesso modello ma ci aveva detto che era impossibile mia figlia quindi ha dovuto aspettare tutto questo per avere un paio di scarpe. Meglio comprare in internet, per qualsiasi problema almeno li sono più seri con rimborsi anche immediati.
