Il responsabile è una persona cordiale e disponibile, mi ha spiegato nel dettaglio tutte le cose che avevo chiesto, e ogni singolo prodotto, dalla crema di pistacchio al pesto, dal liquore al panettone, TUTTO quanto è visibilmente artigianale e squisito!! I tempi di consegna sono velocissimi e rispettati nel dettaglio, impossibile lamentarsi. Farò sicuramente altri ordini, soprattutto per Pasqua per provare il loro uovo artigianale al pistacchio! Simply excellent products! I ordered a silver package for Christmas and only now I was able to taste all the products to be able to review! L'impasto della colomba è gustoso, profumato, morbido e si scioglie in bocca insieme al ripieno di crema al pistacchio. La glassa in superficie contrasta delicatamente la morbidezza della colomba, oltre ad essere molto buona. La granella di pistacchi completa il gioco di sensazioni che si sprigionano tra lingua e palato. Viene voglia di mangiarla ad occhi chiusi e molto lentamente ma non si resiste al morso successivo. La crema al pistacchio Excellent, fatta con soli 3 ingredienti, pistacchio, zucchero e olio di oliva, valorizza e rispetta il gusto del pistacchio. Che dire, complimenti ai pasticceri e grazie per l'esperienza che mi avete fatto provare. Consiglio sicuramente questi prodotti ma immagino che anche gli altri saranno allo stesso livello. Ho fiutato fin da subito che qualcosa non quadrava e quindi ho preso solo 1 barattolino di pesto ed uno di crema. Prodotto industriale acquistato chissà dove e rivenduto speculando sulla notorietà della località. (qualora avessero qualcosa da obiettare possono sempre pubblicare delle foto con etichette ingredienti). Sarebbe interessante anche vedere alcune foto dei laboratori di produzione (sia degli interni che degli esterni), nonché della collocazione dei terreni coltivati. Esperienza avuta prima direttamente a Bronte presso il loro Showroom in azienda da persone competenti in materia di Pistacchio. Mi sono fatta spedire i prodotti direttamente a casa con i corrieri DHL veloci ed espressi ,ho acquistato 3 confezioni regalo e devo dire che il cioccolato al pistacchio e veramente buonissimo. Tutti prodotti sono di ottima qualità e prodotti con il loro pistacchio DOP oppure Sicilia . Personale veramente gentile,ho avuto la possibilità di andare a trovare i loro stabilimenti ed avere la fortuna di vedere il loro stabilimento di produzione di Pistacchio sia convenzionale Sicilia che DOP della produzione familiare. Sono stata fortunata ad andarli a trovare nel periodo dei panettoni e delle fantastiche creme DOP con 3 ingredienti dal sapore unico ed eccezionale. E un azienda di persone molto preparate nella conoscenza del Pistacchio verde di Bronte DOP e dire il contrario non avrebbe senso. Oltre a fare spedizioni ed esportare il vero made in Italy nel mondo con le spedizioni espresse hanno un angolo espositivo dove poter visionare i loro prodotti e quello che producono nel loro stabilimento anche se conviene chiamare prima di andarli a trovare. Prodotti chiari nelle descrizioni sia online che di persona. I immediately understood that I was talking to real Pistachio Professionals.
