★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pista si trova nella periferia di Gualdo Tadino, l'aria è pulita e ventilata. C'è una corsia per i pedoni mentre lo spazio maggiore è riservato per le biciclette. Il percorso è variegato con numerose curve e moderatissime salite e discese ed è lungo 1200 metri circa. Dispone di ampio parcheggio, di servizi igienici e illuminazione notturna. Ingresso gratis per tutti.
The track is located on the outskirts of Gualdo Tadino, the air is clean and ventilated. There is a lane for pedestrians while the largest space is reserved for bicycles. The route is varied with numerous curves and very moderate climbs and descents and is around 1200 meters long. It has ample parking, toilets and night lighting. Free admission for all.

Excellent solution for bike / track exercise or walking / running. Spread over a 1.1 km circuit with an asphalt base. Adjacent (inside the area) is a children's play area. The municipal owned property structure is managed by the Asd G.S. Avis Gualdo Tadino.
