Una bella esperienza di attività fisica, il godimento di panorami spettacolari sul mare Adriatico e sui Trabocchi - antiche e tradizionali macchine da pesca diffuse su tutto il litorale tra Ortona e Termoli - una passeggiata nel silenzio, nella salsedine e nel vento, se si evitano i week end di agosto ovviamente. Lungo il percorso sono già sorte alcune piccole attivita di nolo bici e di ristorazione, in specie si suggerisce il pesce che in questo tratto di litorale abruzzese è particolarmente gustoso. Esperienza particolare e indimenticabile il pranzo sul trabocco, su alcune di queste antiche strutture a ciò adibite. A beautiful experience of physical activity, the enjoyment of spectacular views over the Adriatic Sea and the Trabocchi - ancient and traditional fishing machines spread throughout the coast between Ortona and Termoli - a walk in silence, in the salt and in the wind, if you avoid the August weekend of course. Along the way, some small bike rental and catering activities have already sprung up, especially fish which is particularly tasty in this stretch of the Abruzzo coast. A particular and unforgettable experience is the lunch on the trabocco, on some of these ancient structures used for this purpose.

Il panorama, la bellezza naturalistica e l'atmosfera che si respira sulla Costa dei Trabocchi non ha eguali. Ma c'è purtroppo da segnalare che non vi è neanche un cestino o un gettacarte. Così come non ci sono bagni pubblici. Visto l'enorme afflusso di pubblico che affolla questa splendida località, se ne potrebbe rendere più confortevole la visita. Non mancano, invece, nolo bici, bar e ristoranti. I traveled the San Vito-Fossacesia section with my electric scooter. The landscape, the naturalistic beauty and the atmosphere that reigns on the Costa dei Trabocchi is unparalleled. But unfortunately it should be noted that there is not even a basket or waste paper bin. Just as there are no public toilets. Given the huge influx of visitors that flock to this splendid location, it could be made more comfortable to visit. On the other hand, there is no shortage of bike rentals, bars and restaurants.

Pista lunga oltre 40km, ma potete percorrerla in ambo i sensi per la durata di tempo di noleggio che preferite (noi 2 ore, tempo ideale, al prezzo di 4€ totali a bici). Consigliatissimo per godersi a pieno la vista dei magnifici trabocchi che si susseguono. Great idea for a different day from the beach (in our case of clouds)! Track over 40km long, but you can cover it in both directions for the duration of the rental time you prefer (us 2 hours, ideal time, at the price of € 4 total per bike). Highly recommended to fully enjoy the view of the magnificent overflows that follow one another.
