★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato ad agosto 2019 una piscina e i vari componenti come filtro,pompa ecc....pultroppo fin da subito il filtro ha presentato dei problemi che ho subito fatto presente all'azienda in modo da poter averne un altro in sostituzione. Nonostante le mie numerose sollecitazioni ad oggi gennaio 2021 non ho ancora ricevuto il filtro sostitutivo. Io sconsiglio vivamente questa azienda visto che quando c' é da vendere sono tutti disponibili ma se sorgono problemi spariscono.
 In August 2019 I bought a swimming pool and the various components such as filter, pump etc .... unfortunately immediately the filter presented problems that I immediately pointed out to the company so that I could have another one as a replacement. Despite my numerous requests to date January 2021 I have not yet received the replacement filter. I strongly advise against this company since when there is to sell they are all available but if problems arise they disappear.

Ho acquistato e pagato una piscina fuori terra il 3 maggio che al momento dell'ordine risultava disponibile con consegna entro 3/6 gg. lavorativi. In realtà la piscina non era disponibile e non si sono neanche preoccupati di chiamare o mandare una mail per comunicare il ritardo o una previsione di consegna. Ho provato a mandare email ma non rispondono, al telefono invece ti rispondono che non sanno quando arriverà ! Comunque finalmente con ben 2 mesi di ritardo la piscina è arrivata .... da parte loro neanche le scuse per il ritardo. Assolutamente da evitare, professionalità pari allo zero.
One star is too much ... to avoid !!! I purchased and paid for an above ground swimming pool on May 3, which at the time of the order was available with delivery within 3/6 days. working. In reality the pool was not available and they didn't even bother to call or send an email to communicate the delay or a delivery forecast. I tried to send emails but they don't answer, on the phone instead they answer you that they don't know when it will arrive! However, finally 2 months late the pool has arrived .... from their part not even an apology for the delay. Absolutely to be avoided, professionalism equal to zero.

Piscina arrivata dopo dieci giorni di ritardo perchè secondo l'amministratrice i "4- 5 giorni indicati sull'ordine sono indicativi" .
Legno danneggiato come da foto allegate
Mancanza di comunicazione tra il corriere e Piscine Italia.
Arroganza da parte dell'amministratrice Elena.
In bocca al lupo a chi decide di acquistare da loro!
Zero assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato lo scorso anno il pulitore XStreme 7310, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ha avuto quest'anno un problema tecnico e, dopo aver contattato l'assistenza, mi è stato dato un supporto eccellente e la riparazione del pulitore è avvenuta in tempi ragionevoli. Il pulitore è tornato indietro perfettamente funzionante, con allegata una scheda tecnica che riportava il problema riscontrato e addirittura il pezzo danneggiato. Consiglio vivamente questa azienda, dopo tanti anni di rapporti con aziende del settore piscine devo constatare che trovarne di così serie è una rarità. Complimenti!
I bought the XStreme 7310 cleaner last year, excellent value for money. He had a glitch this year and after contacting support I was given excellent support and the cleaner repaired within a reasonable time. The cleaner came back in perfect working order, with a technical sheet attached that reported the problem encountered and even the damaged piece. I highly recommend this company, after many years of relationships with companies in the swimming pool sector, I must realize that finding such series is a rarity. Congratulations!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visitato il sito e non mi sono trovata bene. La descrizione della piscine non mostrava i prezzi ..almeno non in quelle che potevano interessare a me. Preferisco aver a che fare con persone e non con numeri verdi o roba del genere.
I have visited the site and I have not found myself well. The description of the pools did not show the prices .. at least not in the ones that might interest me. I prefer to deal with people and not with toll-free numbers or anything like that.

Materiale robustissimo e di pregio come potete vedere dalle foto allegate Ultimamente su loro consiglio per avere una temperatura più mite dell'acqua, sono in collina a 500 m slm, ho acquistato una coperta termica ed il rullo per raccoglierlo. Un pezzo è arrivato rotto 48 ore dopo avevo l'intero kit sostituito. Fantastici

Very robust and valuable material as you can see from the attached photos Lately on their advice to have a milder water temperature, I am in the hills at 500 m asl, I purchased a thermal blanket and the roller to collect it. A piece arrived broken 48 hours after I had the entire kit replaced. fantastic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una piscina in legno autoportante modello Riva 727 con liner beige ad un ottimo prezzo e che mi e' stata consegnata nei tempi stabiliti al momento dell'ordine. E' arrivata con alcuni pezzi sbagliati destinati al modello più piccolo che abbiamo fatto riadattare da un falegname perche' non potevano essere sostituiti da parte loro e mi e' stata offerta una copertura invernale a compensazione! Azienda con una ricca diponibilità di prodotti e un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, acquisterò ancora altro. Migliorabile la comunicazione telefonica.
I purchased a Riva 727 model self-supporting wooden pool with beige liner at a great price and which was delivered to me within the timeframe set at the time of the order. It came with some wrong parts destined for the smaller model which we had a carpenter retrofit as they could not be replaced by them and I was offered a winter cover to compensate! Company with a rich availability of products and a good quality / price ratio, I will buy still more. Telephone communication can be improved.
