Molto comodo il parcheggio esterno. Il phon è presente e gratuito. Presso la biglietteria vendono occhialini, pinnette e cuffie per gli smemorati come me!! Swimming pool a little dated but with trained staff, clean and safe environments. The water temperature is always perfect. The swimming pool is well frequented. The outdoor parking is very convenient. The hairdryer is present and free. At the ticket office they sell goggles, fins and headphones for the forgetful like me !!

Ho chiamato 3 volte per avere info sui corsi di acquaticita neonatale e per 3 volte mi è stato semplicemente detto di presentarmi stamattina senza bisogno di iscrizione ( iscrizione che sarebbe stata poi effettuata sul posto prima dell inizio del corso). Arrivo all orario stabilito e cosa mi viene detto?? Ma no signora le iscrizioni sono chiuse si doveva registrare prima... ora non abbiamo più posto!!! Complimenti alle 3 persone diverse, e sottolineo DIVERSE, che mi hanno risposto al telefono... Fate un po' di formazione al personale magari!!! Unprepared staff !! I called 3 times to get info on the neonatal aquatic courses and 3 times I was simply told to show up this morning without the need for registration (registration which would then be done on site before the course started). I arrive at the appointed time and what am I told? But no madam the registrations are closed you had to register before ... now we have no more room !!! Congratulations to the 3 different people, and I emphasize DIFFERENT, who answered the phone ... Do some staff training maybe !!!
