Inoltre, data la mia esperienza nello stesso settore in Gran Bretagna e quindi conoscendo il costo dal fornitore dei singoli item, mi aspettavo di trovare dei prezzi più modesti e non addirittura più cari di Londra. Infine oggi durante l'acquisto di un utensile da giardino, che era segnato con un prezzo, al momento della scansione il prezzo è stato maggiorato e pur avendolo fatto notare non mi è stato dato al prezzo contrassegnato. Mai mi sono permesso di fare una cosa del genere con un cliente, mi avrebbero licenziato o sgridato per bene. Forse ne capiranno di piante ma il loro servizio clienti vale 0.
I had promised myself not to go back, but being one of the largest nurseries in the city, sometimes you are forced to go when you need to be presumably the best stocked, but alas it is not. Furthermore, given my experience in the same sector in Great Britain and therefore knowing the cost of the individual items from the supplier, I expected to find more modest and not even more expensive prices than London. Finally today during the purchase of a garden tool, which was marked with a price, at the time of scanning the price was increased and despite having pointed this out it was not given to me at the marked price. I have never allowed myself to do such a thing with a client, they would have fired me or scolded me for good. Maybe they will understand plants but their customer service is worth 0.
