Credo a causa di una oculata scelta aziendale, per ridurre al massimo i tempi di attesa, viste le file spesso lunghe, si è deciso di eliminare ogni forma di empatia con i clienti (so bene quanto siano tediosi certi vecchietti). Infatti le dottoresse farmaciste allo sportello non salutano e/o ricambiano il saluto per nulla al mondo, ben sapendo che si inizia con un "buongiorno" e si finisce col dover ascoltare per mezz'ora la descrizione delle piaghe da decubito della nonna, e, per evitare (giustamente) di andare avanti e indietro dal deposito ad ogni richiesta, non vogliono che gli si chieda un farmaco alla volta ma tutti quanti insieme, salvo guardarti con sguardo omicida se questi superano il numero di tre, avendo già di dimenticato i primi due.
