Alla fine il negozio era chiuso ed ho acquistato on-line. Peccato che non abbiano aggiornato gli orari, perché magari una volta sul posto, avrei magari acquistato più cose...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutto bene acquisto ed invio, ma se devi restituire la merce purtroppo l'assistenza e le soluzioni per il reso sono insufficienti.
Non hanno o si sono dimenticati di darmi un corriere per restituire la marce.
Ci ho pensato io con Poste Italiane e sembra che il pacco non sia mai arrivato e rintracciarlo non è possibile, mi dice Poste.
Se avessero avuto la professionalità, come tutti quelli che vendono on-line, di darmi il ritiro del reso da loro corriere, probabilmente adesso avrei i miei 40€ di merce resa.
Attenti a non sbagliare l'acquisto!!!
Everything is fine, I buy and send it, but if you have to return the goods, unfortunately, the assistance and solutions for the return are insufficient.
They have not or have forgotten to give me a courier to return the gears.
I took care of it with Poste Italiane and it seems that the package never arrived and tracking it is not possible, Poste tells me.
If they had had the professionalism, like all those who sell online, to give me the withdrawal of the return from their courier, I would probably now have my 40 € of returned goods.
Be careful not to make a mistake in the purchase !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un parafango nuovo per la mia Ducati Monster a novembre ed è arrivato perfetto, ben imballato e in fretta.
Adesso ho preso un paio di scarpe Puma/Ducati da regalare al mio compagno e sono arrivate velocissime. Sono molto belle, direi perfette.
Consiglio vivamente questo negozio e spero un giorno di andare a trovarli di persona! Un saluto da La Duchessa!
I bought a new fender for my Ducati Monster in November and it arrived perfect, well packed and quickly.
Now I took a pair of Puma / Ducati shoes to give to my partner and they arrived very quickly. They are very beautiful, I would say perfect.
