Non solo il negozio non ne aveva ma sono stato trattato con arroganza e scortesia, non tornerò mai più in questa boutique. Avevo bisogno di un consiglio per acquistare un regalo e ho trovato un'ampia scelta di articoli, la massima disponibilità da parte del personale e anche una certa convenienza economica rispetto ad altri negozi di pelletteria. E ho fatto un figurone con il regalo acquistato!!!! Well stocked shop, I highly recommend it. Acquisto uno zaino approfittando di una settimana di sconti chiedendo espressamente che fosse capiente a sufficienza per il pc di mio marito al quale volevo fare un regalo. La commessa impegnata a parlare con un amico mentre mi serviva, oltre a darmi un'informazione errata pur di vendere, fa un pasticcio con la cassa e non mi rilascia scontrino fiscale. Fortunatamente pago con bancomat e ho quella ricevuta. Tornando a casa verifico la capienza dello zaino e mi rendo conto che non è affatto della misura indicatami in negozio. Torno quindi al negozio e la stessa commessa mi dice che non c'è al momento nessuno zaino di quella misura e che posso prendere altro (!). Dico che a me serve solo uno zaino e chiedo almeno lo scontrino che non mi è stato mai fatto per avere prova dell'acquisto. Non mi vuole dare nemmeno quello. Insisto affinché chiami la proprietaria e vengo da questa presa a male parole al telfono! Alla fine ottengo il rimborso dei soldi solo perché minaccio di chiamare la guardia di finanza perché non avevo ottenuto lo scontrino. Ovviamente non mi vedranno mai più. PS. Ho acquistato un bellissimo zaino della misura giusta online con uno sconto maggiore rispetto al negozio Hallucinating experience. Mi sono recato allo store di via Po per acquistare uno zaino, ed ho trovato un negozio super fornito con diversa scelta di articolo sia per tipologia di prezzo che di prodotto. La differenza con gli altri store??? Il servizio del ragazzo che mi ha servito, da definire impeccabile e professionale, nel gestire la mia richiesta e nel guidarmi nella valutazione del prodotto, conoscendo con cognizione, ogni dettaglio di ogni prodotto. Personale gentile, non insistente ma collaborativo. Very well assorted, from the sporty to the slightly more elegant one. I really like the quality of the products, all in all adequate prices. Friendly staff, not insistent but cooperative.
