★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barche in pessimo stato, impongono ai clienti di fare la benzina da soli alla fine della giornata, obbligandoli a fare 45 minuti di fila al porto con i gommoni tutti ammucchiati.
Persone spiacevoli, maleducate e disoneste (attenzione alla benzina quando partite, dicono pieno ma poi non è così).
 Boats in a very bad state, require customers to refuel themselves at the end of the day, forcing them to queue for 45 minutes at the port with the rubber boats all piled up.
Unpleasant, rude and dishonest people (pay attention to gasoline when you leave, they say full but then it's not like that).

Very kind staff, a tour of the island with a stop in Ginostra and swimming on a very comfortable boat. Trip in the evening to see Sciara del Fuoco with unforgettable sunset. Highly recommended! Thanks to the staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guida n.1 per i giri in barca. Da non perdere la sciara del fuoco, in cui potete ammirare le eruzioni dello Stromboli tra il tramonto e la sera. Si parte in genere alla 20 e si rientra alle 21, quindi in tempo per la cena. In quest'ora avrete tempo di ammirare almeno 3-4 eruzioni. Merita anche il giro a Ginostra, al tramonto godrete di un panorama mozzafiato su tutte le Eolie. Io vengo a Stromboli tutti gli anni e non ho mai saltato un giro della Sciara, è sempre una grande emozione.
Guide # 1 for boat tours. Do not miss the Sciara del Fuoco, where you can admire the eruptions of Stromboli between sunset and evening. It usually starts at 8pm and returns at 9pm, so in time for dinner. In this hour you will have time to admire at least 3-4 eruptions. Also worth the trip to Ginostra, at sunset you will enjoy a breathtaking view of all the Aeolian Islands. I come to Stromboli every year and I have never skipped a tour of the Sciara, it is always a great emotion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took the night tour to see the volcano around Stromboli. The driver/guide didn’t say a single word to the passengers the entire time, nothing about the volcano or the island.
There was very little volcanic activity (not the companies fault, as this is nature after all), so we didn’t see much, but the company could have made more effort to make the tour interesting especially on a quiet day.
The night hike on the other hand was spectacular, and a much more worthwhile experience than the boat ride if you're physically fit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The name says it all. A bunch of pippos. Very unprofessional, uncapable and unfriendly.
After asking the boy at the booth to put his phone away we managed to get a reservation. The boy told us to be there 10 minutes before but didn't say this was at the harbour. When we reached the harbour there was no sign of a boat or anybody in the booth there to help us. When we phoned we were told to wait at the booth and so missed the boat and the cruise.
And then when somebody did turn up we got shouted at...Very strange way of dealing with people
