Products with unique flavors. We come from outside the country for their pucce, even if eaten lukewarm is fine. Excellent meat, original flavor.

Location centralissima (a pochi metri dal caratteristico centro storico di uno dei borghi più belli con uno dei castelli con fossato più rinomati del Salento), bellissima, con ampi spazi sia all'interno che all'esterno e sapientemente arredata... servizi igienici puliti, corredati e spaziosi... Geniale trovata il menù tovaglietta nel quale si può spaziare in prelibate pietanze che deliziano le papille gustative e coccolati simpaticamente e sarcasticamente dall'eccezionale personale di sala che con padronanza, anche se il locale è saturo di clienti, riesce a gestire con tranquillità e legiadria qualsiasi situazione. Per deduzione un sincero complimento ed un saluto a tutto lo staff, con elogio mirato a Gianluca, lo schizzo della compagnia... E al tesoriere/cassiere Tony... Sarete un punto di riferimento ristorativo per il futuro... Grazie ancora per il lieto e divertente oltre che saziante tempo trascorso presso il PIPERS... Un caldo consiglio è quello di non arrivare molto tardi per non essere serviti altrettanto tardi. Il resto è da scoprire come la deliziosa carne di cavallo, servita in ogni modo possibile, dallo spezzatino, ai pezzetti, alla braciola, alla tagliata. La tagliata di cavallo ai funghi porcini è qualcosa di meraviglioso, troppo buona per perdere tempo a far la foto, quindi manca. Ma fidatevi. The pizza is really good ?, welcoming location, very kind and helpful staff. A hot tip is not to arrive very late so as not to be served just as late. The rest is to be discovered as the delicious horse meat, served in every possible way, from the stew, to the pieces, to the chop, to the cut. The horse steak with porcini mushrooms is something wonderful, too good to waste time taking a photo, so it's missing. But trust me.
O	Oreste Casciaro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un bel ristorante, dove si mangia benissimo. I piatti in generale sono molto gustosi, in primis quelli di carne. Ottimi anche i vari antipasti, preparati artigianalmente e con prodotti di qualità, infatti è tutto questo che ci spinge a far chilometri per andare a mangiare al Pipers! Le pizze invece non ci hanno convinto. Nota dolente, le porzioni per alcuni piatti, ad esempio la salsiccia arrosto, sono veramente irrisorie e misere. Il personale è davvero gentile ed efficiente. A nice restaurant, where you can eat very well. The dishes in general are very tasty, above all the meat ones. The various appetizers are also excellent, prepared by hand and with quality products, in fact it is all this that pushes us to travel kilometers to go and eat at Pipers! The pizzas, on the other hand, did not convince us. Sore point, the portions for some dishes, such as the roasted sausage, are really paltry and miserable. The staff are really nice and efficient.

Food was amazing, great atmosphere, staff was very nice and professional and last but not the least had one of the best steak I ever had. We had such a lovely evening. If you want to experience real Traditional food this is the place to be. Highly recommended
