★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dalla Puglia alla Romagna, veramente ottimo, si capisce subito che è un impasto fatto a mano e non artigianale, come da tradizione Pugliese. Locale piccolo, ma i tavoli e le botti all'aperto invogliano e non deludono, sarebbe bello ritrovarsi anche in inverno seduti a gustare sapori meridionali, che ci fanno sentire a casa.. Bravi!!
 From Puglia to Romagna, truly excellent, you immediately understand that it is a handmade and not artisanal dough, as per the Apulian tradition. Small place, but the outdoor tables and barrels tempt and do not disappoint, it would be nice to be seated even in winter to enjoy southern flavors, which make us feel at home .. Bravo !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ consigliato. ingredienti freschi e di qualità, impasto molto leggero, morbido. davvero una bella esperienza. la pinsa con il guanciale ha un sapore abbastanza persistente, dunque se non vi piace il guanciale (che è ben cotto e fritto) non ve lo consiglio. a me è piaciuta molto. personale gentile e locale accogliente.
recommended. fresh and quality ingredients, very light, soft dough. a really nice experience. Pinsa with guanciale has a fairly persistent flavor, so if you don't like guanciale (which is well cooked and fried) I don't recommend it. I liked it a lot. friendly staff and welcoming local.
