L'ambiente si presenta curato e luminoso, l'unica pecca é la strada per arrivarci. Great! first time I eat the Roman Pinsa valid alternative to traditional pizzas. The environment is nice and bright, the only flaw is the way to get there.

Un solo peccato - le pinse erano buonissime, ma gli abbiamo digerito all'alba purtroppo. Beautiful environment, we had a really good time, even the dog))) Impeccable service, very nice girls. We loved draft beer. Only one pity - the pinse were very good, but we digested them at dawn unfortunately.
S	Sandro Corevi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se devo dirla tutta un po’ sarei stato condizionato dal fatto che ogni volta che la sera mangio la pizza (pinza) avrei dovuto mettere la bottiglia dell ‘acqua accanto al letto. MA questa volta non è successo.Perché ? L impasto è di farine particolari come la lievitazione e già questo è tanta roba. Il locale è attualissimo…. Nel senso che è nuovo negli arredi quindi ti dà una piacevolezza alla vista e almeno a me da convivialita’ e comunque ,la faccio breve… ci ritorno!! If I have to say it all a little, I would have been conditioned by the fact that every time I eat pizza in the evening (pinza) I would have to put the bottle of water next to the bed. BUT this time it didn't happen. Why? The dough is made of special flours such as leavening and this is already a lot of stuff. The place is very up-to-date…. In the sense that it is new in furnishings so it gives you a pleasantness to the eye and at least it gives me conviviality and in any case, I'll make it short ... I'll be back !!

Ambiente molto curato e accogliente. Cibo 9 La pinza è il pezzo forte, la protagonista del menù. Ce ne sono di tutti i tipi, e, anche se parare personale, devo dire che è ottima. La mia preferita è mortadella, fior di latte e granella di pistacchio, una delizia. Servizio 5 Non so se siamo capitati nella serata sbagliata (Sabato sera), ma ci siamo seduti alle 20.30 me abbiamo mangiato la Pinza alle 23.30, fortuna che avevamo ordinato gli antipasti che hanno smorzato un pò la fame. Alle nostre domande sul disservizio ci hanno risposto che avevano preso troppe prenotazioni. Va da se che una serata NO può capitare a chiunque. ma non hanno nè fatto un piccolo sconto per il disagio, nè offerto qualcosa per ingannare l'attesa. Spero che migliorino su questo aspetto, c'è molto molto margine ancora. Forse darò al locale una seconda Chance. Conto 6 La pinza è ottima e gli antipasti molto buoni, ma a mio avviso un pò caro. Location 10 Fantastic location, swimming pool, large central lawn gazebo overlooking the lawn and tables directly on it. Very nice and welcoming environment. Food 9 The pinza is the strong point, the protagonist of the menu. There are all kinds, and, even if it is personal, I must say that it is excellent. My favorite is mortadella, mozzarella and chopped pistachios, a delight. Service 5 I don't know if we happened on the wrong night (Saturday night), but we sat down at 8.30pm and ate the Pinza at 11.30pm, luckily we had ordered the appetizers which dampened the hunger a bit. To our questions about the disruption we were told that they had taken too many reservations. It goes without saying that a NO night can happen to anyone. but they have neither given a small discount for the inconvenience, nor offered anything to pass the wait. I hope they improve on this, there is a lot of room left. Maybe I'll give the club a second chance. Account 6 The pinza is excellent and the appetizers very good, but in my opinion a little expensive.

Apparecchiatura semplice e informale; è un locale adatto a un cena con amici quanto per una famiglia che vuole mangiare qualcosa di differente dalla solita "pizza". Scelta della materia prima veramente ottima, e la scelta di abbinare ad ogni Pinsa una tipologia di birra differente è una scelta valida e contraddistintiva. Non vediamo l'ora di vedere come sarà quest'estate con la possibilità di mangiare in veranda. ✨ Sicuramente a presto! ? Perfect location to isolate yourself and disconnect from everyday life. Simple and informal equipment; it is a place suitable for a dinner with friends as well as for a family who wants to eat something different from the usual "pizza". Choice of truly excellent raw material, and the choice of combining a different type of beer with each Pinsa is a valid and distinctive choice.
