Ho provato questa pizzeria dopo il tour della Sacra di San Michele, insieme ad un altra famiglia di amici. Ottime le pizze speciali, molta varietà, non le solite pizze ??. Nota dolente però per la semplice Margherita... ho trovato troppa mozzarella e nel complesso non aveva un buon gusto. Nel complesso ottimo Consigliatissimo!!! Good pizza, made with three types of flours, therefore digestible. I tried this pizzeria after the tour of the Sacra di San Michele, together with another family of friends. Excellent special pizzas, lots of variety, not the usual pizzas ??. Sore point, however, for the simple Margherita ... I found too much mozzarella and overall it didn't taste good. Overall great Highly recommended !!!

Prenotazione sera del 5 gennaio per 4 persone. Considerando la risposta di Pinsa alla recensione facciamo notare che non siamo concorrenti e non abbiamo parenti pizzaioli. La mancata accettazione della critica, che potrebbe servire per migliorare, peggiora il nostro giudizio sulla gestione. My pizza underneath was charred. Poor topping on the pizza. On the other hand, not at a good price. We will not be returning. Reservation on the evening of January 5th for 4 people. Considering Pinsa's response to the review we point out that we are not competitors and we have no pizza chef relatives. Failure to accept criticism, which could serve to improve, worsens our judgment on management.

Non andateci e se proprio non potete farne a meno NON prendete i dolci. Worst pinsa ever eaten. That of the supermarket is 10 times better. Pinsa leavened and cooked very badly. Don't go there and if you really can't do without it, DON'T get sweets.

Unico neo per il quale non do 5 stelle è che se permetti di portare la torta da casa non puoi chiedere 1 euro a persona per tagliarla o per lo meno devi avvisare prima. The pinsa is really very very good. The characteristic place. Friendly staff. The only drawback for which I do not give 5 stars is that if you allow you to bring the cake from home you cannot ask for 1 euro per person to cut it or at least you must notify in advance.

C’è anche una pinsa vegana a menù (crema di zucca, zucchine e pomodori secchi), altrimenti vista la disponibilità del personale immagino ne personalizzino altre. Impasto morbido, buone birre.

La Pinsa (che non è una pizza) ha un impasto croccante molto leggero e digeribile. Per quanto riguarda le farciture c'è solo l'imbarazzo della scelta. A me piace molto quella pere gorgonzola miele e zenzero. Servizio rapido e gentile. Prezzi corretti. The location in an ancient building in the historic center of Avigliana is very suggestive. La Pinsa (which is not a pizza) has a very light and digestible crunchy dough. As for the fillings, you are spoiled for choice. I really like that pear gorgonzola honey and ginger. Quick and kind service. Correct prices.
