Mi sono sentita come in famiglia. Il sig Ciacia, in persona, mi ha fatto un taglio meraviglioso e ho potuto godere della sua professionalità, meticolosità e dedizione. I wanted to cut my hair to donate it to an association that creates wigs for cancer patients and they were very efficient in accommodating my specific requests. I felt like family. Andato, qualche tempo fa, in compagnia di un'amica interessata ad acquistare una parrucca a seguito di una brutta malattia. Le parrucche sono di buona qualità ma il personale è scortese e il proprietario decisamente (almeno con noi) poco educato. Una volta entrati e visionati due prodotti, abbiamo scelto di non acquistare. A dire del proprietario (che dovrebbe soltanto VERGOGNARSI) se non avessimo acquistato avremmo soltanto fatto perdere tempo a lui e al personale. Ovvio dire che non ci metteremo mai più piede. I would have assigned a quarter star but, since it does not exist, I am forced to assign a whole one. Gone, some time ago, in the company of a friend interested in buying a wig following a bad illness. The wigs are of good quality but the staff are rude and the owner definitely (at least to us) not polite. Once we entered and viewed two products, we chose not to buy. To say the owner (who should only be ashamed) if we had not bought we would have only wasted his and the staff's time. It goes without saying that we will never set foot there again.
