★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 è già troppo! Pinko è una brand che vodrebbe essere grande ma che non è. Il servizio cliente è un incubo. Sono passate 4 settimane da quando ho ricevuto una giacca con una manica allentata, nonostante le mie chiamate ed e-mail non ho nessuna risposta! A 300€ a giacca è una vergogna!!!!
1 is already too much! Pinko is a brand that should be big but it isn't. Customer service is a nightmare. It has been 4 weeks since I received a jacket with a loose sleeve, despite my calls and emails I have no answer! At € 300 per jacket it's a shame !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il negozio non è grande ma cmq 2 commesse e una cliente , entro accompagnando mia nipote minorenne e mi fanno uscire perché eravamo troppi....... ovviamente mi fanno rientrare per pagare e fanno uscire mia nipote per strada , nel frattempo l'altra cliente chattava per la scelta della borsa.
The shop is not large but anyway 2 shop assistants and a customer, I go in accompanying my underage niece and they let me out because we were too many ... another customer chatted about the choice of the bag.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On site: pinko.com order made and paid more than 3 weeks ago. Customer service doesn't answer on request on site,there is also a problem with italian phone number, there is no other contact than this. Past a week and a lot of requests I have an answer
they have an error on they site, and can't send me my order and will send my money back. Past another week I don't have any money back and ask a payment service provider about transaction , pinko.com hadn't started money return procedure. Customer service still doesn't reply. No money, no order, no answer. Pinko it's the most problematic online shop I ever made any shopping.
