I have hired a printer for my office and I am really happy with it. The products are up to par and assistance is fast and guaranteed. At first I didn't like the idea of renting but in fact I had to change my mind :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho sempre pensato che noleggiare una stampante non faceva al caso mio: stampavo poco, mi compravo i toner compatibili e quando mi dava problemi cercavo di risolvermeli da solo (quando non ci riuscivo ne compravo una nuova). Ma con il noleggio di Pinarello ho dovuto ricredermi: da 1 anno la stampante è SEMPRE operativa, i toner me li sono dimenticati e in più ho scoperto delle nuove funzioni che nel mio lavoro mi fanno risparmiare un sacco di tempo (la scansione con DUAL CIS, una manna dal cielo!).
I always thought that renting a printer was not for me: I printed little, I bought compatible toners and when I was having problems I tried to solve them myself (when I couldn't do it I bought a new one). But with the rental of Pinarello I had to change my mind: the printer has ALWAYS been operational for 1 year, I have forgotten the toners and in addition I discovered new functions that in my work save me a lot of time (scanning with DUAL CIS , a godsend!).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In questi ultimi anni ho acquistato 5 stampanti semplici e noleggiato due stampanti multifunzione e quando è servita l'assistenza tecnica è sempre stata veloce e di altissimo livello. Sono riusciti a risolvere altri problemi informatici anche se non erano di loro competenza!
In recent years I have bought 5 simple printers and hired two multifunction printers and when technical assistance is needed it has always been fast and of the highest level. They managed to solve other IT problems even if they were not within their competence!
