Luogo più cupo, e sembra diventato un salone più che una profumeria. non mi sento più a mio agio. Ever since they reopened after the store's renovation, it no longer looks the same in every sense. Volevo acquistare uno scrub per il viso, una crema per le mani e gli ho chiesto anche un sapone liquido per le mani alla lavanda. Mi ha chiesto per quale motivo proprio alla lavanda, gli ho risposto che nei mesi invernali mi piace quella profumazione. Mi ha risposto scocciato, dicendomi che l’inverno è finito. L’ho seguito verso la cassa per pagare lo scrub e la crema mani (entrambe Kiehl’s), quando si è voltato dalla sua collega e ridendo di me le ha detto sottovoce: “Se cerca un sapone così, che vada da Tigotà.” Naturalmente sono andato via senza comprare nessun prodotto. Dopo essere uscito dalla profumeria, sono davvero andato da Tigotà. Una dipendente molto gentile si è occupata di me, molto meglio di come abbia fatto Francesco, che invece è stato saccente e maleducato. Gli consiglio qualche settimana di formazione per imparare un po’ di rispetto e umiltà. Pessima esperienza, sconsigliatissimo. I entered the Perfumery on Saturday 27 March 2021. Of course I left without buying any products. After I left the perfumery, I really went to Tigotà. A very nice employee looked after me, much better than Francesco, who was pedantic and rude. I recommend a few weeks of training to learn a little respect and humility. Bad experience, highly discouraged.

Avevo bisogno di trucchi e lei che è truccatrice mi ha dato consigli e prodotti che non vedo l'ora di provare.. Umile e piena di energia. In più mi ha consigliato anche prodotti viso che ho già testato e quella ragazza, nonostante la sua giovane età, sa fare il suo lavoro divinamente. Mi ha fatta sentire coccolata, riempita di attenzioni e consigli. Una dipendente così l'ho vista raramente.
