★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La pinacoteca Carlo Levi si trova all'interno di palazzo Morteo ad Alassio. Al primo piano dell'edificio si trova l'allestimento delle tele dipinte da Carlo Levi durante il suo soggiorno ad Alassio, ad esclusione dell'autoritratto con pipa. Degli autoritratti è degno di nota quello di Italo Calvino che Carlo frequentava durante le vacanze nella Riviera delle Palme. Vi sono poi diversi soggetti di nature che simboleggiano l'inferno e il paradiso, il labirinto o la contemplazione della campagna. Molto più interessanti sono le foto e le lettere dello scrittore ebreo che ripercorrono la sua vita, esposte nelle teche a parete e al centro degli spazi ricavati tra le pareti sinuose della sala espositiva.
The Carlo Levi picture gallery is located inside Palazzo Morteo in Alassio. On the first floor of the building there is the setting up of the canvases painted by Carlo Levi during his stay in Alassio, with the exception of the self-portrait with a pipe.
