★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un piumino per la mia cucciola di barboncino e appena provato a casa si è rotto un elastico.. appena riportato al negozio non solo si sono offerti di cambiarlo, ma non avendo la stessa fantasia, si sono offerte di ripararlo e addirittura mi hanno regalato un cappottino temporaneo per sopperire al disguido mentre riparano quello. Un servizio eccellente a dir poco. Difficilmente si trovano commercianti così disponibili! Non solo ci tornerò sicuramente ma hanno davvero conquistato un cliente. Grazie!
I bought a duvet for my poodle puppy and as soon as I tried it at home, a rubber band broke. As soon as I brought it back to the shop, not only did they offer to change it, but not having the same imagination, they offered to repair it and even got me given a temporary coat to make up for the mistake while repairing that.
