Da migliorare i prodotti della panetteria di scarsa qualità e la pescheria. Personale gentile e professionale . Nice supermarket with good choice. Prices are not competitive higher in general. Personale educato, disponibile ed efficiente. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo soprattutto in considerazione che l'attività è in Roma Prati. Disponibilità di parcheggio. A	Andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supermercato che a prima impressione sembra un labirinto, studiato appositamente per far acquistare il più possibile. Capisco la frenesia della vita romana, ma a mio avviso sono presenti troppi prodotti inutilmente già confezionati, con uno spreco alimentare enorme ed inutile. Non ho mai comprato del pesce, ma dall'aspetto non era invitante e quasi tutto decongelato ed estero. Anche il reparto carne e gastronomia sono troppo forniti a discapito della qualità. I prezzi sono bassi e con molte offerte, ma forse sarebbe il caso di premiare un po' di più la sostenibilità, il locale e il biologico, evitando gli ingenti sprechi inutili. Non prendete questa recensione solamente come una critica, ma un invito ad ascoltare il consumatore e migliorare. Per il resto il supermercato è comodo e mancava da tempo in zona, ma quando è possibile preferisco orientarmi altrove. Supermarket that at first impression looks like a labyrinth, specially designed to make people buy as much as possible. I understand the frenzy of Roman life, but in my opinion there are too many products unnecessarily already packaged, with a huge and useless food waste. I never bought any fish, but it looked unattractive and mostly thawed and foreign. Even the meat and gastronomy department are too well-stocked at the expense of quality. The prices are low and with many offers, but perhaps it would be appropriate to reward a little more sustainability, the local and the organic, avoiding the huge unnecessary waste. Don't take this review as just a criticism, but an invitation to listen to the consumer and improve. For the rest, the supermarket is convenient and has been missing for some time in the area, but when possible I prefer to orient myself elsewhere.
M	Max P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto contento di questo nuovo supermercato. che fa parte della stessa gruppo "Agorà" (di via Gregorio VII) di cui sono cliente affezionato Buoni i prezzi, buona la scelta anche se si può sempre migliorare. per una offerta ancora più ampia (poca scelta di spezie, non ho visto .i Pretzel nei reparti di cracker o panetteria, non ho visto i famosi biscotti Krumiri, per citare degli esempi) Personale alle casse e ai banconi super GENTILI. PS: Sono stato recentemente e giustamente rimproverato di aver dimenticato di indossare la mascherina ma pochi giorni dopo un altro vostro dipendente la mascherina ce l'aveva sotto il mento. Oggi un signore sceglieva la frutta senza guanti: l ho fatto notare al signore stesso che se infischiava e poi ad un altro ragazzo (stava li a sistemare frutta e verdura) che però ha scrollato le spalle. Good prices, good choice even if you can always improve. for an even wider offer (little choice of spices, I haven't seen Pretzels in the cracker or bakery departments, I haven't seen the famous Krumiri biscuits, to name just a few) Super GENTLE staff at the checkouts and counters. PS: I was recently and rightly reprimanded for forgetting to wear the mask but a few days later another employee of yours had the mask under his chin. Today a gentleman chose fruit without gloves: I pointed this out to the gentleman himself that he didn't care and then to another boy (he was there to arrange fruit and vegetables) who shrugged his shoulders.
