Sulla porta aveva una scopa “a bloccare l’ingresso” faccio per toglierla per entrare e mi fa la ramanzina perché avrei dovuto chiederglielo, come se si dovesse chiedere il permesso per entrare in un negozio aperto. Mi chiede cosa voglio - come se dovesse farmi un favore -, mi stampa dei fogli senza minimamente rivolgermi la parola e all’atto della consegna - senza essersi premurato di chiedermi se volessi un qualcosa per avvolgerli o una bustina - non accetta la banconota perché lievemente strappata. Mica, da buon commerciante, chiedomi il favore di cambiarla ma dicendo “questa è rotta, non la voglio”. Gliene do un’altra, mi dà il resto (senza ringraziare o salutare) e mentre incammino via sento che da dietro mi dice “se devi dirmi qualcosa dimmelo in faccia”, con tono palesemente litigioso e in cerca di conflitto. È questo il modo di porsi con un cliente? È così che un buon commerciante si comporta?
A parer mio no, quindi il mio consiglio è di non provare questo negozio: i prezzi saranno magari un po’ più bassi, sì, ma la cortesia e il sentirsi soddisfatti del servizio non hanno prezzo.
Very rude, not recommended. He asks me what I want - as if he were to do me a favor -, he prints me the sheets without even speaking to me and at the time of delivery - without having to ask me if I want something to wrap them or a sachet - he does not accept the note because torn. Mica, as a good trader, ask me the favor of changing it but saying "this is broken, I do not want it". I give him another one, he gives me the rest (without thanking or saying goodbye) and while I'm walking away I hear that from behind he says "if you have to tell me something tell me in the face", with a clearly litigious tone and in search of conflict. Is this the way to deal with a client? Is that how a good merchant behaves?
In my opinion no, so my advice is not to try this store: prices will be a bit 'lower, yes, but the courtesy and feeling satisfied with the service are priceless.
