Ma si è meritata una stella in particolare per la scortesia della ragazza che era alla reception, che invece di darmi delle informazioni, come le avevo gentilmente chiesto, mi ha ignorato totalmente facendomi attendere lì davanti per almeno dieci minuti prima di decidersi a chiamare il collega per farmi fare un giro. Complimenti per la disponibilità e l'attenzione con cui trattate la gente.
The gym is small and not well equipped. But she deserved a star in particular for the rudeness of the girl who was at the reception, who instead of giving me information, as I had kindly asked her, completely ignored me making me wait in front of it for at least ten minutes before deciding to call my colleague to take me for a ride. Congratulations on the availability and attention with which you treat people.
