Avevo fatto anni fa la successione di mio padre tramite loro, pensando di avere un servizio anche di assistenza e consulenza che mi permettesse di risolvere tutto bene. In realtà oggi mi trovo a dover fare una integrativa alla successione perché in capo a mio padre c'era una porzione di immobile in virtù della comunione dei beni tra coniugi. Io ero tenuto a saperlo oppure era loro compito verificare? Ora tornati da loro oltre a dover pagare nuovamente tutte le tasse mi hanno chiesto l'onorario!
I am disappointed with this studio which I thought was professional. Years ago I had my father's succession through them, thinking I also had an assistance and consultancy service that would allow me to solve everything well. In reality today I find myself having to make a supplement to the succession because my father owned a portion of the property by virtue of the communion of assets between spouses. Was I supposed to know or was it their job to verify? Now back to them, in addition to having to pay all the taxes again, they asked me for the fee!
