Appena arrivati abbiamo saldato il conto, la cosa strana è stata che a tutti i costi ho dovuto pagare la tassa di soggiorno solo in contanti..... L'alloggio ha bisogno di alcuni lavoro di restauro, cassetti della cucina rotti, il bagno deve essere migliorato a partire dalla doccia ai sanitari. Che dire dell'aria condizionata.....il tubo di scarico per lo sfiato dell'acqua, non è collegato e scarica sul terrazzo......per mangiare cena o pranzo senza avere i piedi bagnati, occorre spegnere tutto. Alla reception molto ma molto freddi, tranne Giuseppe, che ti consiglia i posti da visitare. Il bagnino Vincenzo, molto professionale. Conclusioni, veduta della struttura sulla baia ottima. Lontana dal mare.. A centola vi è un supermercato che prepara panini molto ma molto buoni, anche con la mozzarella di bufala a prezzi vantaggiosi. Consiglio di visitare la spiaggia Marinella, arrivando al mattino verso le ore 9,30 si trova parcheggio gratis. Effettuando l'escursione con loro in barca al prezzo di euro 15,00 per un'ora a persona, abbiamo avuto incluso nel prezzo 2 ombrelloni e 5 lettini. Piscina pratica per chi vuole riposo. I am a timeshare owner. The location is enchanting especially if it overlooks the gulf to the south. Classic animation, but I don't frequent. Siamo rimasti colpiti dalla stupenda posizione con uno sfondo vista mare incantevole. Una stanza che equivale ad un appartamento. Ampi spazi e con un terrazzo che vale più della camera stessa. Ma la parte migliore la riserviamo ai titolari Cosimo ed Alessandra. 2 persone fuori dal comune. Loro non sono stati i proprietari del residence ma due di noi ed alla fine ci siamo ritrovati con loro tutti insieme su di uno splendido lido a farci un bagno e poi a ristorante e non hanno voluto che offrissimo noi. Persone così, credetemi, non se ne trovano in giro. Abbiamo promesso di ritornarci. 10 stelle meritate. Aria condizionata in molte camere guasta. Pulizia camere accettabile, meno accettabile negli spazi comuni (posacenere svuotati 2 volte in una settimana). j	jon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic friendly people here. We had great experiences at both the hotel, and the restaurant. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. Plenty of the staff speak enough English for us non italian speaking Americans. The food was amazing! The coffee, also fantastic. The view from our room was beautiful. The pool area gets plenty of sun and is kid friendly, and also has quite a view. Be sure to make your way to the roof top bat at night for an even better view. We will surely be back..
