F	Fabio T. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location gradevole in contesto accogliente e ricco di verde. Peccato che il ristorante non abbia alcuna vista sul mare, pur essendo molto vicino. Per quanto riguarda la cucina non pienamente soddisfatto. Buona la qualità delle materie prime ma i piatti mancavano di sapore (non intendo sale ma proprio di gusto) e di qualsivoglia carattere. Molto discutibili anche certi abbinamenti: antipasto di gamberi crudi con mousse di 'nduja, tartufi (privi di sapore) e altro. Sinceramente non mi ha convinto l'abbinamento... e neanche il gambero. Il primo invece (tagliolini freschi con gamberi etc) era incollato ed era assolutamente prevalente il sapore del burro. In definitiva, ho mangiato meglio altrove, spendendo meno. Peccato. La location meriterebbe una cucina di piu alto livello. Servizio buono ma non eccelso. Carta dei vini fornita. Prezzi non in linea con l'offerta. Pleasant location in a welcoming and green setting. Too bad the restaurant has no sea view, despite being very close. As for the kitchen not fully satisfied. The quality of the raw materials was good but the dishes lacked flavor (I don't mean salt but just taste) and of any character. Certain combinations are also highly questionable: raw shrimp appetizer with 'nduja mousse, truffles (without flavor) and more. Honestly, the pairing didn't convince me ... and neither did the shrimp. The first instead (fresh tagliolini with prawns etc) was glued and the taste of butter was absolutely prevalent. Ultimately, I ate better elsewhere, spending less. Sin. The location deserves a higher level cuisine. Good service but not excellent. Wine list provided. Prices not in line with the offer.

Molti, beh non moltissimi, i ristoranti con piatti eccellenti pochi quelli capaci di creare un'esperienza a 360°...PIETRAMARE è uno di questi. Punti di forza: la cucina a vista, un'ampia carta dei vini. Cibo: molto buono con valorizzazione dei prodotti locali, rivisitati in chiave moderna e utilizzando tecniche di cottura innovative. In merito al servizio c'è qualcosa da migliorare in termini di tempistica e coordinamento delle richieste da parte dei clienti. Rispetto a un versione del menu che girava su internet a inizio estate vi è stato un rincaro dei prezzi. Restaurant in Praialonga. Inside the Praia a Mare resort, in Praialonga, there is this interesting starred restaurant. Very well-kept location. Strengths: the open kitchen, an extensive wine list. Food: very good with enhancement of local products, revisited in a modern way and using innovative cooking techniques. Regarding the service, there is something to improve in terms of timing and coordination of requests from customers. Compared to a version of the menu that ran on the internet in early summer, there was a rise in prices.

Menù degustazione di mare ricco e prelibato a cui é possibile aggiungere su richiesta un piatto a scelta dal menu. Se si decide di ordinare à la carte, consiglio assolutamente di assaggiare Resilienza (raviolo creativo di carne e pesce, che vedete in foto) e Aspromonte (secondo di carne a base di maiale). Un po’ meno sorprendenti gli starter e i dessert. Carta vini ricca. Location suggestiva, pulita e curata (consiglio di mangiare all’esterno). Unico consiglio : punterei a migliorare la formazione dello staff per fare un salto di qualità ulteriore. Tariffe abbastanza allineate alla qualità offerta. If you decide to order à la carte, I absolutely recommend trying Resilienza (creative ravioli with meat and fish, which you see in the photo) and Aspromonte (second course based on pork). The starters and desserts are a little less surprising. Rich wine list. Charming, clean and well-kept location (I recommend eating outside). Only advice: I would aim to improve staff training to make a further qualitative leap. Rates quite in line with the quality offered.
