 I have been waiting for months for the gearbox frame obviously damaged during the assembly of the system to be replaced. I gave them the new car and found it damaged. I still await.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sono assolutamente seri, li ho contattati per dei ricambi e mi hanno detto di inviare una mail con foto allegate...ovviamente fatto...dopo 3 mesi e vari solleciti non si sono degnati nemmeno di una risposta!
They are absolutely not serious, I contacted them for spare parts and they told me to send an email with attached photos ... obviously done ... after 3 months and various reminders they did not even deign to answer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato una macchina pronta consegna, quasi un mese per consegnarla. A 25 km ho dovuto cambiare il cambio, dopo nemmeno 1 mese e mezzo ho di nuovo lo stesso problema al cambio.
Da sostituire di nuovo.
Dico solo questo.
Ordered a machine ready for delivery, almost a month to deliver it. At 25 km I had to change the gearbox, after less than 1 month and a half I have the same gearbox problem again.
To be replaced again.
I only say this.

I have instructed Mr. Michele Pezzano to sell a car. I must emphasize the great fairness and competence. He helped me in all ways, also showing great sensitivity from a personal point of view (the car in question had an emotional value). Even when I finally decided to scrap it, it proved highly professional. To recommend.

Prepare yourself, correct professionals. Fiat Authorized Service I have known them for years, they have always been efficient. However, I have always only serviced new cars, I have not brought difficult cases.
