Il personale è molto cortese e professionale e si nota fina da subito l’attenzione di tutti alla formazione e all’innovazione continua e soprattutto alla soddisfazione del cliente. Il taglio viene eseguito dal titolare, che oltre ad adattare il taglio al viso, crea acconciature sulla base della personalità della cliente. I prezzi sono nella norma, ma considerando le competenze e l’innovazione posso affermare che sono bassi. Consiglio sicuramente di far visita a questo salone, io ci sono venuta per caso è ci tornerò sicuramente. Raramente mi sono sentita così coccolata in un negozio di acconciature. Sono entrata castana e ne sono uscita ramata, per poi diventare dopo 3 lavaggi arancione, con tutte le punte bruciate! Il taglio non non si è notato, anzi mi ha invecchiata, sia lo scalare che la piega. Fanno un po' di testa loro e piuttosto che migliorare peggiorano la capigliatura. Non ho speso poco ed ora mi tocca spendere di nuovo tanto per rimediare al loro disastro, ovviamente da un altro parrucchiere. Nice and helpful staff.
