★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovendo ristrutturare un casale colonico sfruttando i benefici del superbonus 110%, mi sono rivolto a questo studio commerciale per assistenza specifica, in quanto hanno destinato un'aliquota di personale al settore Superbonus; sono molto insoddisfatto del servizio ottenuto, al punto da richiedere la rescissione del contratto, poiché, sin da subito, c'è sempre stata molta approssimazione e pressappochismo nell'approccio alla materia, prima mi è stata prospettata verbalmente un'ipotesi di bonus, poi un'altra molto restrittiva, successivamente un'altra ancora diversa, inoltre ho ricevuto corrispondenza via mail destinata ad altri clienti dello studio, mi è stato detto che il mio caso è unico e quindi necessiterebbe di apposito interpello all'Agenzia delle Entrate; pertanto, preso dal dubbio, ho consultato altri due studi commerciali ( di cui uno consulente dell'IPSOA), i quali, GRATUITAMENTE, mi hanno unanimemente confermato che la risposta n.242 all'interpello all'Agenzia delle Entrate calza perfettamente al mio caso...tale risposta non mi è MAI stata prospettata dallo studio "Pierluca & associati", nonostante un contratto di assistenza tecnica fiscale per il Superbonus...forse non l'hanno ancora letta...per non parlare delle modalità di relazione della preanalisi, non uno scritto esaustivo e professionale ma semplicemente poche scarne righe via mail...dulcis in fundo, mi hanno richiesto il pagamento della fattura conclusiva senza inviarmi la proforma e l'iban...poche idee ben confuse!
Having to renovate a farmhouse taking advantage of the benefits of the 110% superbonus, I turned to this commercial firm for specific assistance, as they have allocated a rate of staff to the Superbonus sector; I am very dissatisfied with the service obtained, to the point of requesting the termination of the contract, since, right from the start, there has always been a lot of approximation and carelessness in the approach to the subject, first a hypothesis of a bonus was proposed to me verbally, then another very restrictive, then another still different, I also received correspondence via e-mail addressed to other clients of the firm, I was told that my case is unique and therefore would require a specific request to the Revenue Agency; therefore, taken by the doubt, I consulted two other commercial studies (one of which is a consultant to the IPSOA), which, FREE OF CHARGE, unanimously confirmed to me that the answer n.242 to the appeal to the Inland Revenue fits perfectly to my case ... this answer has NEVER been proposed to me by the "Pierluca & Associates" studio, despite a technical fiscal assistance contract for the Superbonus ... perhaps they have not yet read it ... not to mention the relationship modalities of the pre-analysis, not an exhaustive and professional writing but simply a few scanty lines via email ... last but not least, they asked me to pay the final invoice without sending me the proforma and iban ... a few very confused ideas!
