ON THE DAY OF THE PURCHASE OF THE MACHINE HAVE SAID ME THAT THEY WERE AVAILABLE FOR ANY DOUBTS. WHEN THE MACHINE HAS FUNCTIONED, I HAVE CONTACTED YOU TO RECEIVE ASSISTANCE IN APRIL 2019, NO ONE WAS PRESENTED IN JULY, I RECALL - IT IS SAID THAT WE HAVE FORGOTTEN AND THAT THEY WERE INTERVENED THE FIRST POSSIBLE. IN SEPTEMBER 2019 I HAVE NOT YET I RECEIVED ASSISTANCE. MAH .... TOTAL DELUSION !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I FIND YOU SEVERAL IN DIFFICULTY. THANKS FOR THE RESERVED SERVICE

To be avoided for delivery .. manual transpallet downloads also complete trucks and long waiting times ... minimum 2 hours for a complete .. arrived at 1 pm ... unloaded the next day ...
