★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sicuramente il peggior studio d'amministrazione di condomini nella zona. Non rispondono alle mail, hanno tempi lunghissimi per qualsiasi richiesta, non risolvono nessun tipo di problema venga loro posto. Affidarsi a loro significa gettare via i propri soldi.
Definitely the worst condominium management firm in the area. They do not respond to emails, they have very long times for any request, they do not solve any type of problem that is posed to them. Relying on them means throwing away your money.

A parte non essere efficienti nel risolvere le problematiche, non rispondono QUASI MAI alle mail.
Se potessi dare meno di 1 stella lo farei subito!

To DISGRAZIA I live in an apartment building run by this studio.
Apart from not being efficient in solving problems, they NEVER reply to emails.
If I could give less than 1 star I would do it right away!
ABSOLUTELY AVOID!
