They lost a package containing my clientele's personal merchandise. Beyond the economic value there is certainly an emotional value. After 7 days from the disappearance of the package I am not able to give an answer, they reply with monosyllables BUT MI MO MU .... WE ARE WORKING ON IT!
A shame!
I have no legal action left to protect my consumers.
