B	Berardo Di Remigio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La scorsa estate ho accompagnato un mio amico a fare un preventivo per una Mitsubishi L200...Appena seduti il mio amico ha iniziato a descrivere quella che voleva fosse la sua auto, iniziando ad elencare i vari optional...beh udite udite il venditore si è rifiutato di fare il preventivo, quando è stato chiesto di mettere il cambio automatico(regolarmente presente come optional a listino), motivando il tutto con: "È un fuoristrada, io non te lo vendo col cambio automatico, non ci fai nulla, si rompe, queste macchine si comprano Manuali". Inizialmente abbiamo pensato fosse ironico, invece ha continuato a dare queste risposte... Siamo andati via, il mio amico ha acquistato la macchina in un altro concessionario dove è stato trattato con i guanti bianchi(considerando anche i 48000€che è costato il mezzo)....Purtroppo non è l'unica esperienza negativa di cui posso dare testimonianza...Forse non hanno tutto questo bisogno di vendere, altrimenti non si spiega Last summer I accompanied a friend of mine to make a quote for a Mitsubishi L200 ... Personale super gentile e preparato, soprattutto Massimiliano, venditore super competente che mi ha seguito passo per passo in questo percorso rispondendo sempre a tutti i miei dubbi e le innumerevoli domande, super disponibile davvero. Al ritiro la macchina era pulita in modo impeccabile e all’interno ho trovato anche un omaggio. I bought a Peugeot 208 at this showroom. Dallo scorso martedì 18/01/2022, previa prenotazione, ho portato l'auto di mio figlio, una Kia Rio 1.1 diesel (anno 2013), in officina, perché la spia del motore lampeggiava. In pratica, il filtro antiparticolato non riusciva ad autorigenerarsi. Dopo una diagnosi durata 4 gg. (il computer ha dato subito quale codice errore il sensore di pressione), i meccanici hanno, infine, proceduto ad ordinare il citato sensore di pressione, il quale, ad oggi (25/01/2022), non è ancora arrivato. Da evidenziare anche le tardive ed evasive informazioni del problema riscontrato e dei tempi di ripristino dell'automezzo forniti dal personale dipendente. Auto portata via il 28/01/2022 e riparata in mezz'ora da altro meccanico!! L'affidabilità, fiducia e serietà, sono requisiti indispensabili per un corretto rapporto con la clientela, le quali, nel caso concreto, sono venute meno! Premetto che sono di Pescara ma rispetto al concessionario della mia zona ho risparmiato parecchi soldi. Al ritiro della macchina ho trovato un piacevole omaggio, la macchina era pulita in maniera maniacale e soprattutto la carrozzeria era lucidissima SENZA classici segni dovuti al lavaggio con le spazzole.
