Ricevo un bouquet di fiori che non sono quelli della richiesta (non ho mai visto orchidee crescere spontaneamente in un campo) e anzi alcuni secchi e altri senza petali. Chiamo per chiedere chiarimenti e perché soprattutto mi dispiaceva per la persona che me li aveva inviati e la signora nonostante le evidenze nega che siano secchi ma si offre ad ogni modo di inviarne degli altri che nuovamente non corrispondono alla richiesta.
E così da un gesto che doveva regalare un sorriso rimane sono l'amaro in bocca ogni volta che guardo quel bouquet. È questo quello che lascia un servizio dozzinale quando bastava essere onesti e chiari che sarebbe stato difficile soddisfare le richieste in questo modo si poteva optare per altro e non perdere la fiducia di un cliente.
 A bouquet of wildflowers is ordered from a distance. I receive a bouquet of flowers that are not those of the request (I have never seen orchids grow spontaneously in a field) and indeed some dried and others without petals. I call to ask for clarification and because above all I was sorry for the person who sent them to me and despite the evidence, the lady denies that they are dry but in any case offers to send others that again do not correspond to the request.
And so from a gesture that was supposed to give a smile remains a bitter taste in my mouth every time I look at that bouquet. This is what leaves a cheap service when it was enough to be honest and clear that it would be difficult to satisfy requests in this way you could opt for something else and not lose the trust of a customer.
