Oltre la qualità dei prodotti , Angelo ed Anna Maria i proprietari , artisti cullinari vi offriranno tante specialità Modicane, l'Arancina , le polpette , focacce ...e molto altro ancora.
Non potevamo trovare di meglio nella nostra visita in questa città , nel nostro soggiorno in Sicilia siamo pure tornati di proposito per gustare altre specialità della casa .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Angioletto una istituzione. Le arancine più buone le focacce buonissime nella loro semplicità. L’accoglienza di Angioletto ti mette sempre a tuo agio. Ottimo il successore, ha calcato perfettamente le orme del padre. Chi passa da Modica e non va al “ piccolo bar” gli mancherà qualcosa da raccontare ai posteri.
Little Angel an institution. The best arancine are the most delicious focaccias in their simplicity. Angioletto's welcome always puts you at ease. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una persona della zona mi aveva portato qui anni fa, durante il mio primo viaggio in Sicilia. Oggi ci sono fortunatamente ricapitata per caso e...che goduria !! Una super accoglienza (che non è scontata e non si trova dappertutto) da parte del signor Angelo, che ci ha subito elencato tutti i suoi prodotti ! Qui si respira passione, si mangiano prodotti a km 0, ben realizzati e valorizzati ! Ho gustato la scaccia ricotta e salsiccia (salsiccia tipica leggermente aromatizzata al finocchietto) , arancino eccezionale ragù piselli e uovo, la cui frittura era semplicemente perfetta ! 2 euro a pezzo, che dire l'eccellenza modicana è di casa. Bravi, torneremo !!!

I tasted the scaccia ricotta and sausage (typical sausage lightly flavored with fennel), an exceptional arancino ragù with peas and egg, whose frying was simply perfect! 2 euro per piece, what about Modican excellence is at home. Well done, we will be back !!!
