★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza con un cellulare samsung. Scarsa professionalità, lavoro qualitativamente pessimo e appaltato a fornitori ancor meno professionali. Risultato: pagato 30 euro per sostituire inutilmente un microfono, cover esterna rotta (me ne hanno regalata una uguale, da sostituire a mie spese) e, dopo circa 15 gg, su mia insistenza mi è stato restituito ancora non funzionante
Bad experience with a samsung mobile. Poor professionalism, poor quality work and contracted out to even less professional suppliers. Result: paid 30 euros to replace a microphone unnecessarily, broken external cover (they gave me an identical one, to be replaced at my expense) and, after about 15 days, at my insistence it was returned to me still not working
