Se questo è il modo loro di trattare la clientela penso che il negozio non avrà ancora vita lunga. Pensare che il gestore si era reso pure disponibile a recarsi dal corriere e consegnarmela direttamente a casa. Secondo voi ha mantenuto la promessa? Direi proprio di no Io non farò mai più acquisti in questo negozio e spero che tanti altri leggendo questa mail seguino il mio esempio. Ho aspettato i tempi tecnici del bonifico dopodiché delle scarpe nessuna notizia.Ho chiamato più e più volte al negozio ma ogni giorno una scusa nuova. Fino a quando hanno iniziato a non rispondere (forse erano stanchi di sentirmi). Così con l'ultima chiamata fatta il 25 settembre ho chiesto di concludere il discorso perché ero stanco di aspettare delle scarpe pagate e non ancora spedite. Alla fine della fiera dopo tanta attesa finalmente arrivano le scarpe. Fortunatamente almeno quelle sono ok. I bought some buffalo shoes but after the payment the ordeal started. Dopo giorni ancora nulla, richiamo e mi mandano un tracking che dichiara che la merce è stata consegnata alle Poste poche ore prima. Mille scuse, addirittura che si affidano ad un servizio di poste privato che poi consegna ai corrieri. Direi quasi surreale. Spero almeno che l’ordine arrivi prima o poi. Pessimo servizio e pessimo customer care. Sconsigliato. Online purchase. Paid with Paypal, mail arrives but without tracking. I call and they tell me that everything has been shipped. After days still nothing, I recall and send me a tracking that declares that the goods have been delivered to the post office a few hours before. A thousand excuses, even those who rely on a private postal service which then delivers to couriers. I would say almost surreal. I hope at least that the order arrives sooner or later. Bad service and bad customer care. Not recommended.

Still waiting for a refund after trying to email and ring them, both of which have garnered no response whatsoever. They still have not given me my money back which I am now out of £242 and have had to escalate the matter over a week later. Would not buy from this store. Additionally there email does not work and point of contact via phone is near enough impossible.
