★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È di certo un punto di riferimento per chi desidera andare al mare, data la vicinanza, o per gli eventi del palasport. Per il turista che viene, pur essendo un parcheggio, non è un bel vedere. Marciapiedi rovinati, i muretti che circondano il piazzale danneggiati o ormai inesistenti, l'arredo urbano non lo potrei neanche menzionare. È un'area dal buon potenziale, soprattutto con la nuova stazione ferroviaria, ma che andrebbe almeno rivista. Ovviamente andrebbe rivista tutta l'area della zona e non solo il piazzale, dando un occhio di riguardo all'arredo urbano come panchine, cestini e illuminazione led e non guasterebbe un ben progettato percorso ciclabile.

For the tourist who comes, despite being a parking lot, it is not a pretty sight. Ruined sidewalks, the walls surrounding the square damaged or now non-existent, the street furniture I could not even mention. It is an area with good potential, especially with the new train station, but it should at least be revised. Obviously, the whole area of the area and not just the square should be reviewed, giving an eye to street furniture such as benches, baskets and LED lighting and it would not hurt a well-designed cycle path.
