★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono una cliente da anni del negozio perché ho trovato capi carini e di qualità discreta, ma stamattina ho deciso di non andare più in quanto una commessa continuava a ripetere ai clienti che entravano in camerino di non lasciare i vestiti dentro dopo averli provati, cosa che io ho sempre fatto. La signorina in questione con modo alquanto antipatico vedendo appoggiare da ME FUORI DAL CAMERINO dei pantaloni che ho misurato mi ha chiesto dove erano le grucce che non c erano perché i pantaloni da me misurati erano sulla rella appoggiati senza gruccia. CHE IMPARINO A FARE IL LORO LAVORO IN MODO PIÙ ORGANIZZATO E CON EDUCAZIONE VERSO I CLIENTI.
I have been a customer of the store for years because I found nice and decent quality garments, but this morning I decided not to go anymore as a saleswoman kept telling customers who came into the dressing room not to leave the clothes inside after trying them on, which I always have. The young lady in question, in a rather unpleasant way, seeing the pants I measured put down by ME OUTSIDE THE FITTING ROOM, asked me where the hangers were that were not there because the pants I measured were resting on the rack without a hanger. THAT THEY LEARN TO DO THEIR WORK IN A MORE ORGANIZED WAY AND WITH CUSTOMER EDUCATION.
