J	John Tomasko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small hotel in a good location. Walking distance to most sites. Very helpful staff that it's super friendly. Rooms themselves seem small. We had a separate walk-in closet and bathroom that basically doubled the size of our room. The bed was a very nice memory foam that made you fall asleep as soon as you laid down.
S	S C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location in relation to sites, clean rooms. SUPER loud all night as it's right on a main Street, lots of drunk people yelling until 4am... I'm not a light sleeper and I needed earplugs to sleep. Rooms are very small but modern and very clean. Receptionists not helpful at all for local information (how the train system works-really!?- where to eat, etc... We spoke with 3 different ones over 3 days (a different one each day) and no one seemed to know anything
C	Cordelia Rampley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of this hotel is perfect. It is right in the central part of Rome, with plenty of nice shops, restaurants, monuments and bars nearby. The room itself is huge (we booked the presidential suite). The bed is very comfortable memory foam, and there was the option for 2 other single beds so this room could fit 4 easily. The only little niggles were that the hot tub took a very long time to fill up, and a few bits such as light fittings and air con were not in the best state of repair, but over all it was a stunning room. The staff were friendly and the lady on reception had excellent English. She organised an airport transfer for us which was a very reasonable price for a fantastic service. We enjoyed our stay here very much.
A	Ayda Mehran on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst hotel in Rome ever ! This place doesn’t even deserve a 1 star!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS !!!! The reception is only open for 1 hour so if you have any problems with your room, goodluck, you have to wait for 1 day for her!! I have never experienced this much of inconvenience from any hotel in my life!!!! I’m really disappointed the photos look very good, but when you go inside it looks like a construction place. There’s no elevator!!!! The walls have so many stains on them, it feels like the rooms are dirty ! Theres so much noise from the street that you can’t sleep at night. The whole place is a mess! You are probably better off renting an airbnb apartment than this place. No security ! The pictures are fraud! The front entrance is not safe at all. You have to enter a code to get in. You are probably paying for an apartment on airbnb which is about 50 euros per night, while this place charges you twice the amount.
N	Nprinio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience ever. The suites are scary, there is no sunlight. Everywhere smells bad. There is no staff, no reception. I couldn’t sleep because of noises from the upper floor and I couldn’t tell to anyone. Stay away !

The walls are probably made out of cardboard, because only that could explain why you can hear every single thing around you. Whether it is people from neighbouring rooms talking or taking showers as if you are roommates with them, or front doors wailing while opening and closing. There is the constant sound of water from pipes and traffic sounds from the street. It's just unpleasant experience and would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Cons: A place that calls itself 4 stars can't even provide bottled water. Extremely noisy. We had to buy earplugs after the first terrible night. The hotel is on a busy main road. 2 out of the three spotlights in our bathroom were not working for the duration of our stay. The room gets cleaned everyday. So why did no one report or try to fix it. Entrance up to reception was very dirty and dingy. There was a piece of tissue and bird feather on the stairs for 4 days straight. (It is clean from the reception area onwards)

The rooms are big and the bathroom is huge. Very clean and very comfortable. The communication with the staff is very good and they provided all necessary explanations. Excellent choice.
