Io spero che vi succeda a voi o a vostro figlio così poi riflettete sul trattamento umano dei clienti e commerciale

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'anno scorso nel tour con la mia ragazza ci siamo fermati ad Altopascio a dormire. La sera appena usciti mi si è rotto il filo della frizione del mio vespino. Contattato, mi ha dato un appuntamento subito la mattina dopo (era un sabato). Mi ha salvato e permesso di proseguire il mio viaggio (dovevamo passare il passo della Cisa e andare a Mantova). Mi ha anche insegnato a cambiarlo nel caso si fosse rotto ancora. Attualmente ho ancora il cavo montato da lui.
Voleva 15 euro per il lavoro, gliene ho lasciati 20 per la rapidità, disponibilità e gentilezza.

Last year on the tour with my girlfriend we stopped in Altopascio to sleep. In the evening as soon as we left the clutch wire on my vespino broke. Contacted, he gave me an appointment immediately the next morning (it was a Saturday). It saved me and allowed me to continue my journey (we had to pass the Cisa pass and go to Mantua). He also taught me to change it in case it broke again. Currently I still have the cable assembled by him.
He wanted 15 euros for the job, I left him 20 for his speed, availability and kindness.
