E poi è un servizi molto utile per il cittadino e per la comunità! Very helpful and courteous staff, convenient hours, easy to reach. Ritengo invece che si possa ampiamente migliorare riguardo all'atteggiamento del personale. Troppo spesso sgarbato, scostante e poco disponibile... La tessera ogni tanto non funziona, non per colpa nostra, e non ti fanno entrare ne si può contattare lo sportello che è aperto solo a orari striminziti 2. Sul sito e al telefono nel messaggio registrato dicono aperta fino le 20 tranne domenica, mi sono presentato lunedì alle 19:30 e ovviamente era chiusa.... Nice staff, but very bad organization. 1. The card doesn't work every now and then, through no fault of our own, and they don't let you in nor can you contact the counter which is only open at limited hours 2. On the website and on the phone in the recorded message they say open until 20 except Sunday, I showed up on Monday at 19:30 and obviously it was closed ....
