M	Mariagrazia Petrucco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buon giorno sono stata insieme alla mia famiglia in questo locale la settimana scorsa e la prima impressione che ho avuto entrando e' stata quella di una tavola calda con un grande bancone e (come sono a Roma le tavole calde) con annesse sale per la ristorazione: Siamo stati accolti dal proprietario il quale dietro mia richiesta ha presentato subito il menu' :In Puglia e' d'obbligo richiedere l'antipasto che scherzi a parte piu' che un antipasto sembra un pasto completo i descrivo qui di seguito cosa ci hanno portato dall'antipasto di mare con crudo ' annesso a fave e cicoria ,polpette ,parmigiana di melanzane ,melanzane ripiene ,pesce spada cozze gratinate e tanti altri antipasti che non ricordo:Poi a quel punto abbiamo continuato con i primi e qualche secondo :Cosa vi devo dire e' stata una sorpresa il cibo cotto al momento ,servito caldo ,porzioni abbondanti e vino del posto ottimo come tutto ;Vi chiederete qualita' -prezzo? Viaggio tanto e mi fermo spesso in gastronomie/ristoranti ma questa è stata sicuramente la PEGGIORE DI TUTTE. Il bancone della "gastronomia" presenta 2 o 3 secondi piatti e 2 primi piatti dall'aspetto poco invitante tutto naturale senza prezzi. La gentile signora (unica nota positiva del locale) vi offre la possibilità di preparavi anche alcuni primi al momento tra cui una pasta semplice al sugo, una pasta con il ragù o un primo di pesce. Mi sono fatto convincere da questa strategia di marketing o forse dall'aspetto poco invitante degli altri primi , allora decido di ordinare un primo con ragù. Servizio carino ma sapore del piatto inesistente, probabilmente un sugo pronto sarebbe stato molto molto più buono. Non avevo grosse pretese e di certo non cercavo un piatto elaborato, ma la cosa che mi ha lasciato davvero senza parole è stato il conto. 1 piatto di pasta con ragù €14,00. Prezzo adatto ad un ristorante di media-alta qualità, no ad una gastronomia. PREZZI ESAGERATI CHE NON GIUSTIFICATO ASSOLUTAMENTE I PIATTI SERVITI, NON VI CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE IL LOCALE. I had lunch in this almost deserted place by pure coincidence. I travel a lot and stop often in delis / restaurants but this was definitely the WORST OF ALL. The "deli" counter presents 2 or 3 main courses and 2 uninviting looking first courses all natural without prices. The kind lady (the only positive note of the restaurant) offers you the opportunity to prepare some first courses at the moment including a simple pasta with sauce, a pasta with meat sauce or a fish first course. I was convinced by this marketing strategy or perhaps by the uninviting appearance of the other first courses, so I decide to order a first course with meat sauce. Nice service but no flavor of the dish, probably a ready sauce would have been much much better. I had no big claims and certainly wasn't looking for an elaborate dish, but the thing that really left me speechless was the bill. 1 plate of pasta with meat sauce € 14.00. Price suitable for a medium-high quality restaurant, not for a gastronomy. EXAGGERATED PRICES THAT ABSOLUTELY NOT JUSTIFIED THE DISHES SERVED, I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THE LOCAL.

Ma vorrei soffermarmi sulle polpette, croccanti fuori e cremose all'interno . Sono molto particolare e sto attenta ai minimi dettagli e devo dire che sono rimasta super soddisfatta sia per quanto riguarda la pulizia del locale, sia delle stoviglie, sia per quanto riguarda la qualità del cibo che offrono. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque, ottimo!!

Abbiamo ordinato un'insalata di mare per antipasto ed era freschissima, si scioglieva in bocca. Per primo abbiamo preso due piatti di trofie con zucchine e gamberetti ed erano squisite! Le porzioni sono belli abbondanti e la qualità è altissima! Lo consiglio a tutti, noi sicuramente ci torneremo! We went to PianoB for a lunch and I must say we were fully satisfied! We ordered a seafood salad for an appetizer and it was super fresh, melted in your mouth. First we had two plates of trofie with zucchini and shrimp and they were delicious! The portions are nice and generous and the quality is very high! I recommend it to everyone, we will definitely be back!

I left half of it and asked them for take away, when I paid and asked for the box they said they throw it to the trash and after I complained about it, they wanted to give it to me, what was clearly outrageous... really, would you take something after this happenned??? From the trash???
