Ho acquistato un prodotto online, in seguito sono stata richiamata una sola volta e mi è stato detto che il prodotto non era disponibile e che avrei ricevuto il riaccredito della somma versata. Dopo un mese ancora niente, nonostante le mie continue sollecitazioni via mail e telefono. Mancano i presupposti basilari di rispetto e correttezza verso il cliente. Non ho mai ricevuto altre chiamate o comunicazioni. Ho insistito perché venissero rispettati i miei diritti a prescindere dalla somma versata. Non ho ricevuto neanche un prodotto. L'indifferenza totale con la quale sono stata trattata è vergognosa e indecente.
Bad experience, unprecedented in 15 years of online shopping in many Italian and foreign sites. I purchased a product online, then I was called back only once and was told that the product was not available and that I would receive a refund of the amount paid. After a month still nothing, despite my constant requests via email and telephone. The basic conditions of respect and fairness towards the customer are missing. I have never received any other calls or communications. I insisted that my rights be respected regardless of the amount paid. I have not even received a product. The total indifference with which I have been treated is shameful and indecent.
