Mai nessuna brutta sorpresa sugli orari da anni e anni che sono loro cliente. Inoltre, e non da poco, le agevolazioni per studenti. Straconsigliati!
 Very good, always up to date, prepared and professional !!! ... and very comfortable as they manage their business for appointments with 'Swiss' punctuality. Never any bad surprise about the hours for years and years that I am their client. In addition, and not least, the student discounts. Straconsigliati!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente triste e privo di calore, non sanno andare oltre i tagli di capelli basilari. Non penso ci tornerò più dato che mi hanno costretto a restare chiuso in casa dopo avermi rovinato. Sconsigliatissimo; 2 stelle e non 1 solo perche la signora ha avuto la gentilezza di applicarlo lo sconto studenti nonostante non avessi con me il libretto (cosa che comunque non mi avevano specificato di portare).
Sad and heatless environment, they don't know how to go beyond basic haircuts. I don't think I'll go back since they forced me to stay indoors after ruining me. Not recommended; 2 stars and not 1 only because the lady was kind enough to apply the student discount even though I did not have the booklet with me (which, however, they did not specify to bring).

Mi ha aiutato Alessandra, per un taglio di capelli abbastanza specifico da me richiesto e sono rimasto impressionato dalla sua bravura, dalla sua professionalità, dalla sua tecnica e dalla sua attenzione per i dettagli.
Il taglio è eccezionale, nessuno fin'ora era riuscito a farlo venire così bene.

I was there for the first time today and I couldn't have been happier. Alessandra helped me, for a rather specific haircut that I requested, and I was impressed by her skill, her professionalism, her technique and her attention to detail.
The cut is exceptional, no one had managed to make it come so well.
